On Saturday, Sunday, and other busy days, hotel guests have first priority. The spa page also says Saturday and other busy days are reserved for guests staying at the hotel. Day Spa Packages are not available on Saturday, and Day Spa Passes are not available that day either. Online booking is not offered for Day Spa Packages or weekends. Call 877-647-2328.
Arrive early
For a treatment from 8:30am to 5pm, you can arrive up to an hour early to use the sauna, the steam room, and the whirlpool. For a treatment at 5pm or later, arrive no earlier than 4pm.
18 and over
Spa guests must be 18 or older to book a treatment or use the spa and fitness facilities. Swimsuits are required in the Aqua Terrace whirlpool.
Holiday hours
The spa page prints shorter hours on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve, 6:00am to 7:00pm, and on Christmas Day, 10:00am to 6:00pm.
With kids. Spa guests must be 18 or older to book a treatment or use the spa and fitness facilities.
With a group. The spa page caps a group booking treatments together at 10. It also says the Resting Area and the Aqua Terrace are for all guests, and that one group should not take them over.
